  We were absolutely thrilled with the BTOPS crew – they really delivered! In just two days, despite some challenging weather, they completely transformed our muddy backyard. They did a fantastic job improving the drainage and creating a beautiful paver patio with rock features – exactly what we envisioned.   “I had contacted BTOPS based on some online reviews, hoping for a straightforward project. I spoke with JR, and we discussed wanting a small palm tree, a completely new look for our front yard, having our dog run resurfaced, and adding decorative brick to our patio. Unfortunately, they never responded to our initial inquiry after three weeks – they didn’t even send a quote! It felt completely unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend them.” report abuse

  “I was incredibly impressed with BTops. They tackled a really challenging job – digging and leveling a huge area of my yard that had a seriously tangled root system. They were clearly equipped and staffed to handle it, and they did an outstanding job, not just with the excavation itself, but also with cleaning up the entire area and hauling away all the debris.
