I’ve relied on their expertise heavily over the past few months on several projects, including the recent spa shower installation. They really went above and beyond, guiding me through the selection of high-quality shower heads, body sprayers, and the steam system – all of which are built to last and have solid warranties. Jimmy and Anne were incredibly supportive and attentive throughout the entire process; it was truly excellent customer service and I really enjoyed working with such great people.”

“I had a frustrating morning trying to find a clean out plug for my PVC pipe – I accidentally damaged it with my lawnmower. I checked out both Lowe’s and Home Depot, but couldn’t find what I needed. Capital Plumbing didn’t have it, but they pointed me to Thompson, and thankfully they had exactly what I was looking for! Everyone I spoke with was incredibly helpful and friendly. The stores were also really well-stocked. I’ll definitely be going to Thompson from now on for all my plumbing needs. Just a note – the new plug has a flat head, which is great because I don’t have to worry about hitting it with the mower!”
