  “We’ve really settled in and absolutely love our new neighborhood! The people are wonderful and we feel really secure here. The only thing we’re finding a little disruptive is all the construction, though we get that it’s needed and won’t last forever.   “I’ve really loved living in New Park for the past four years. It’s a wonderful community – I appreciate my neighbors and the diverse group of people who live here. The HOA is particularly transparent about how the fees are used, which is great to see, especially with the work they do to keep the common areas looking so good and the added security measures they’ve put in place.” report abuse

  I absolutely love living at New Park! If you’re looking for a place to live in East Montgomery, I can’t recommend it enough. It’s a beautiful and safe community with fantastic landscaping, a gorgeous lake, a great pool with a splashpad and playground – there’s something for everyone. It’s truly exceeded my expectations and has a really vibrant community feel. report abuse

  Overall, we’ve really enjoyed our time living at New Park. It’s a very peaceful and quiet community with some wonderful neighbors. The biggest thing we’d suggest is that the pool could be a little larger – it gets pretty crowded when there are a lot of people using it. But despite that, my family has absolutely loved living here and we’d definitely recommend it to others. report abuse

  Overall, New Park is a fantastic place to live – it’s really lovely and quiet, perfect for families. The lack of traffic is a huge plus, and it’s so convenient being so close to all the shops in Eastchase. It would be great to see some community events like food trucks, and perhaps a homeowner’s association to really build a sense of neighborhood. report abuse

  Overall, New Park is a fantastic place to live, and I couldn’t recommend it more. The realty and HOA team are genuinely wonderful and incredibly helpful. I especially want to highlight Whitney – she was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire house-buying process. She was so supportive and never pressured me, which made a huge difference. report abuse
