The scale operator was incredibly friendly and apologetic for the initial delay, and everything was handled smoothly. Best of all, we ended up owing nothing!   I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. The treatment I received from the shipping and receiving manager was unacceptable and frankly, deeply offensive. It was the most racially insensitive experience I’ve had in my 18 years of trucking, and I felt it was entirely unprofessional and inappropriate.
