Honestly, I would give this company a zero if I could. I’d really urge anyone considering them to proceed with extreme caution. After we paid the final installment on our pool installation about two years ago, we completely stopped receiving any support or assistance when we started having problems. It was a really frustrating experience.

I had a really frustrating experience with Ecological Pools, specifically with Rob Keesee. A friend who runs a similar business recommended them to us, but unfortunately, it turned into a complete nightmare. We’re still dealing with the aftermath of a messy job, almost three years later, and I wouldn’t recommend using their services.

I was really happy with how quickly the construction process went, and the final result looked good. However, unfortunately, we ran into some serious issues afterward – electrical problems, rusted hardware, and the pump kept shutting off on its own. We contacted the company repeatedly with messages and photos, but we didn't receive any response or resolution. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend using this company.
