  I had really high hopes after hearing a family member rave about this company’s quick turnaround and affordable pricing for a glass table. However, my experience was incredibly disappointing. The employee I spoke with on the phone was shockingly rude and dismissive. She was impatient and made me feel like I was being ridiculed when I explained my rectangular table with curved edges – she even laughed when I asked about measuring a radius! After I decided to end the call, she just continued to laugh and hung up without so much as an apology. Honestly, it was completely unacceptable behavior, and it made me feel incredibly foolish.   “I was absolutely blown away by this company! From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive and took the time to really understand what I wanted. They quickly got someone out to give me a quote, and then called just two hours later to let me know someone was on their way – it was a little surprising, but I appreciated the speed. They followed through perfectly, sticking to their promises and keeping me completely in the loop – they even called me when the glass was ready for delivery! Beyond that, they offered fantastic advice on the colors and finishes, which really elevated the project. Honestly, I’ve done a lot of home renovations and they’re easily in my top three for responsiveness, professionalism, and making sure everything was just *right*.
