Unfortunately, our previous plumber left and things weren’t quite right when he left, but DJs were able to get someone out to us the same day because of a cancellation.   Kyle was a really helpful and friendly technician. He took the time to explain his thought process while working on the issue with my fireplace fan, and he was incredibly professional. Despite trying several new universal parts, none of them fit my older model, but he skillfully cleaned and reinstalled the existing fan, and it’s amazing – it’s blowing much stronger now! I’m so grateful I have the DJs Comfort Care Plan, as I didn’t have to pay a dime for this visit. I really enjoyed chatting with Kyle and appreciate him walking me through all the available options. It’s a shame my fireplace is so outdated, but I’m definitely recommending DJs to all my friends. report abuse

  Mike did a fantastic job – he was incredibly knowledgeable about furnaces and air conditioning, and clearly explained everything to us. He was also very approachable and happy to answer all our questions. We appreciated the information he gave us about discounts and the warranty, and we were really pleased with how thoroughly he covered all aspects of the installation. report abuse

  Don from DJ’s Home Services was absolutely fantastic! He was so helpful and explained everything clearly and in detail, really putting us at ease about the repairs. What was especially amazing was that they were able to squeeze us in the same day, even early, after our emergency – it was a huge relief after such a stressful night.   I was really impressed with the service I received from DJs Home Services. Alex Lavalle was fantastic – he quickly identified a serious carbon monoxide issue with my old furnace and explained the danger clearly and professionally. He also offered several solutions to ensure everything was done safely. Matthew Logan did a really thorough job inspecting all the plumbing in my house, and he pointed out some issues I hadn’t noticed myself – a huge thank you to him! And finally, a massive thank you to Miken Raymond and Tom Wendell for the brilliant installation of my new furnace and water heater. Definitely 5 stars! report abuse

  I just wanted to say how incredibly pleased I am with the service I received from DJ’s! They completely took care of replacing my furnace and AC, and I couldn’t be happier. The Service Manager, [Service Manager's Name - if known], was fantastic – he really took the time to explain everything clearly and worked with me to find the best plan. And the installation team, Mikan and Tom, were amazing! They were punctual, really knowledgeable, and so patient as I had a lot of questions. They kept me updated on every step of the process, and when they were finished, the area was spotless. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for better service – thank you, DJ’s! report abuse

Matthew and his team were incredibly professional, really knew their stuff, and were also so friendly and caring. They did a fantastic job diagnosing and cleaning our septic system, and they even helped me coordinate with another company for the additional work we needed.
