  I was really impressed with Rooter Man’s service. I called him about a toilet issue and he gave me a fantastic, very reasonable quote – much better than another plumber I’d gotten a quote from. Then, some unexpected things came up, and I wasn’t sure I could pay him at the time, but he still offered to take a look. He did, and it turned out the previous plumber had really messed up the tank with an extra hose. He quickly fixed it, and now everything’s working perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend him – I’ll definitely be using his services again! report abuse

  I was so relieved when Rooter Man sent Dalton out to my place – I’d just bought my first house and discovered a major blockage in the main pipe! It was a tricky situation, especially with an older house, and Dalton was fantastic. He arrived within an hour and a half on a Friday evening and worked tirelessly for about three hours, really going the extra mile to get the clog cleared. Honestly, I was starting to worry it would require a much more expensive repair, but Dalton managed to completely fix it.   “Tech was really disappointing. He arrived a day late and seemed to have a constant stream of excuses. He ended up using my tools to try and remove the drain cap, but couldn’t do it, so he went back to his truck to get a rooter. Thankfully, he was eventually able to get the drain flowing, but it felt like a huge waste of time and money – just 20 minutes of work cost us over $300, and we still got the senior discount.” report abuse

  “Dalton was fantastic! He was a really knowledgeable tech from Buffalo, and it was so easy to work with – he was polite and took all the necessary precautions with his gloves and mask.   I was so impressed with Rooterman! I rarely write reviews, but I just had to share my experience. I had a drain issue on a Saturday – incredibly inconvenient, especially with company arriving soon. Rick responded to my call instantly and arrived right away. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, and was just a really friendly guy.
