  We absolutely loved working with Gathered Rentals for our wedding! We initially looked at their warehouse as a potential venue but quickly fell in love with the space and Carrie was such a fantastic help. Communication was a little inconsistent at times—it depended on who we were emailing—but thankfully we could always reach Carrie directly on her cell phone, and she was incredibly responsive. Everything they provided was exactly what we wanted, beautifully arranged, and set up perfectly. The team was so efficient with the setup and takedown, making the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Honestly, it was a huge relief to have them handle all the decorations, allowing our friends and family to simply enjoy the day with us! We highly recommend Gathered Rentals – it’s a fantastic way to take one less thing off your plate. report abuse

  We were absolutely thrilled with Carrie and Gathered – they completely transformed our wedding venue! The furniture and decor rentals were stunning, and really helped create the perfect atmosphere.   I’d definitely not rent from this company again. My experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. While the items themselves were in good condition – I received all but five stemmed glasses, which was a surprise when I discovered the missing pieces – the customer service was a major issue. The owner constantly pressured me about a scheduling mix-up that was entirely my fault, making me feel like I was being blamed for a mistake. Then, when I wanted to cancel an item a week before my wedding, she aggressively pushed me to upgrade to a much more expensive option, completely disregarding my original plans. It felt manipulative, and ultimately cost me significantly more money. Adding insult to injury, when I couldn't pick up the upgraded item due to my own scheduling error, she offered to come to my house the next day for an extra fee – a completely unreasonable request given my location. It felt like they were solely focused on profit and completely disregarded my concerns. Honestly, I’d recommend choosing a different rental company. report abuse

  “Honestly, it felt a bit cramped – really difficult to find and the space itself is quite small, especially with all the events going on. The parking was a huge struggle, and there just wasn’t enough seating, which was a real issue, particularly for those with mobility needs.” report abuse
