  Overall, I was incredibly pleased with SafeBasements. I had a small leak in my basement and after getting a few quotes, I went with them and it was definitely the right decision. Jon, my project consultant, was fantastic – so knowledgeable and professional, and he really took the time to work with me to get the necessary contractor in place. And Lonnie and Alex were amazing too! They arrived on time, did a really excellent job, and were both just so professional.   I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Matt B. and Cody N. from Safebastment – they did an absolutely fantastic job installing my drain tiles and sump pump. As a first-time homeowner, I was completely lost when I realized I had a water intrusion problem due to the grading and foundation.   Overall, I had a really positive experience working with SafeBasements. Shane was fantastic – he responded quickly to my initial call and provided a clear, helpful quote. Pam was also wonderful, making the scheduling process really smooth and friendly. The installation itself happened surprisingly quickly, taking just nine days including a holiday, and the team of Matt, Cody, and Mike were all incredibly professional and patient, answering all my questions along the way.
