  “Overall, the technician did a great job and the service itself was exactly what I needed. However, the scheduling was a huge letdown. I was given a general day for the appointment, with no specific time, and then received a message about an estimated arrival window of 11:00 AM, which ended up being delayed for hours. It took me sending a follow-up message around 2:00 PM to get any updates, and then I was given a 30-minute arrival time that wasn’t quite accurate. Honestly, the scheduling process needs a serious overhaul – it’s a one-star experience.” report abuse

  Paul was fantastic – he really took care of everything with the Softener system and got it running perfectly. He even noticed a significant leak that we hadn’t identified yet, and his quick thinking about the shut-off valve could have been a much bigger problem. He fixed the leak in the wall and addressed the shut-off valves, which was a huge relief. I was so grateful he was able to handle all of this during his visit; it saved me a lot of time and hassle!   Overall, we’ve been incredibly pleased with Aquarius HVAC’s service! Five stars for the technicians and the customer service team – they’ve been fantastic. We noticed a huge difference in our water quality since they first came out. Then, during the July 4th weekend, our central air unit completely died in the heat, and thankfully, they had a technician out that evening. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the potential for further damage to our older unit, and recommended some necessary repairs. The technician, Matt, was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. He really took the time to explain everything to us, and we appreciated his thoughtfulness – he even thanked us for setting up our BBQ canopy to protect him from the rain! It was a little awkward seeing him sitting on the wet ground, but he was used to it, which was still really appreciated. We had a second visit recently to look at our furnace and outdoor boiler, and Matt again was amazing, expertly resolving the issues. Honestly, it’s clear that Aquarius HVAC invests in skilled and caring technicians. We’d just like to suggest they provide their technicians with some simple, portable sun and rain protection – maybe some adjustable pop-up canopies – to ensure they’re comfortable and safe while working on our equipment.   Paul did a fantastic job tackling our sink problems – he completely fixed the drain, replaced the old faucet, lines, and shut-off valves, and he did it all efficiently and with a really neat cleanup. report abuse
