  Gary did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our barn – it was such a special project to create something truly unique to honor our daughter, Jaydan. He really went above and beyond, even suggesting a beautiful accent color that perfectly matched her favorite.   “I want to preface this review by saying we didn’t actually work with Gary directly, so please consider it with that in mind. When we contacted him for an estimate, he was quite dismissive, interrupting us repeatedly and refusing to answer our questions. It seemed like a really poor experience in terms of communication and customer service. He also insisted that two coats of paint were absolutely necessary, even when discussing high-quality paints and less dramatic color changes – which we found concerning. Honestly, it felt like he was trying to inflate the cost of the job, and I suspect he’s using lower-quality paint to justify higher labor fees.” report abuse

  “I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. I hired this painter last year to do some trim work before the winter, and from the start he was quite dismissive. While he did eventually agree to come out, it felt like a huge imposition. Unfortunately, the work itself was a disaster – he managed to break my window while painting it shut, and now I’m stuck with my windows constantly open due to the paint transfer. It’s completely unprofessional, and frankly, it feels like he thought he was doing me a favor rather than providing a service. I wouldn’t recommend him at all.” report abuse

  “I wanted to respond to a couple of reviews I’ve received. One person made some very unfair accusations, saying I used cheap paint and was rude. I completely disagree – I always use high-quality Sherwin Williams products, and I pride myself on professionalism. Another review falsely claimed I’d painted over windows that were already painted, which is simply untrue. I’m a hardworking small business owner, and I’m disappointed by these inaccurate comments, but I appreciate the well wishes.” report abuse
