  Chris from Adams did a really thorough job with our new Generac generator. He identified a couple of parts that needed replacing and then came back to install them and adjust the propane connection. Everything’s working perfectly now, and he was really friendly and helpful – we’d definitely call them again if we needed any service. report abuse

  “Unfortunately, this situation has been quite challenging. The employee arrived over a week late with very short notice and only worked for three hours on a project that was expected to take two full days. They also took an extended lunch break and haven’t been in contact since. This represents a breach of our contract on two separate occasions, and we’re concerned about the impact this has caused.” report abuse

  Chris was fantastic! He came out to fix my dryer and was so friendly and efficient. He got the job done really quickly and hooked everything up perfectly – I’d definitely call him again if I need an electrician in the future. report abuse

  “I have to give one star simply because of the scheduling. I booked my maintenance for 8:00 AM, but no one arrived. I called after 9:00 AM and was informed the service had been rescheduled, which was really frustrating.” report abuse
