  “I absolutely loved working with Jeff and his team! We’d been struggling with a sloping driveway and needed a new sidewalk and front step, and thankfully a friend recommended them. From start to finish, they were fantastic – so easy to communicate with and clearly experienced professionals. Jeff was prompt to come out and discuss our project, and we were scheduled within two weeks. The team that did the work were incredibly knowledgeable and efficient; the whole job was completed quickly and to a really high standard.   JR did a poor job with the sidewalk work on my street, and unfortunately, they caused significant damage to my retaining wall and my neighbors’ walls as well. While the original contractor took responsibility for the damage, the company’s response has been completely lacking. I was simply told to contact the city to file a complaint, and their office hasn't responded to any of my calls or emails. It’s really disappointing – a reputable company would have stepped up and fixed the problem themselves. It felt like they lacked any real integrity. report abuse

  I was extremely disappointed with the work done on the sidewalk replacement in front of my house. For days, I had to constantly clean up the trash and debris they left on my property after each workday. Worse still, they completely destroyed my yard, leaving a huge mess of dirt and concrete that they wouldn’t even bother to level out when the job was finished. The supervisor seemed particularly rude and unprofessional, and frankly, the whole situation was unacceptable. Because of the damage they caused, I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I’m sure many of my neighbors share my concerns – I truly hope the city reconsideres this contractor. report abuse
