  Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the work Affordable Concrete did on my patio and flower beds. They completely exceeded my expectations – the stamping and coloring job was fantastic, incredibly detailed and beautiful. Beyond that, they were just fantastic people; punctual, really careful and respectful, and they took the time to listen to my ideas and offer suggestions to make the whole project even better. It was a genuinely collaborative process. And to top it all off, their pricing was incredibly fair – I didn’t even need to negotiate, which was a huge relief.   I’m incredibly disappointed with the concrete work Justin did for me. Just a few months ago, he poured the concrete, assuring me it wouldn’t be a problem. Now, I’m dealing with significant issues – holes, flaking, and chipping throughout the surface. I’ve contacted him repeatedly, but he’s completely unresponsive, not answering his phone or returning my calls. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored after investing in his services. His father offered assurances about customer service and Justin's honesty, but the reality has been far from that. He’s repeatedly failed to show up for scheduled appointments, causing me delays and demonstrating a serious lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against using his services – he’s unreliable and doesn’t seem to honor his commitments. report abuse
