  “My husband and I were so thrilled with our new home – it’s truly everything we’d hoped for! As first-time buyers of a new construction home, we were a little nervous, but the Saints really guided us through the entire process. They were incredibly efficient, getting the build completed quickly without sacrificing any quality. Freddy Saint was fantastic at keeping the project moving forward, and Allison Saint’s attention to detail during the finishing touches was exceptional. We absolutely love our new home and have no intention of moving – Saint Builders were fantastic, and we’d definitely use them again for any future building projects.” report abuse

  Overall, the house is lovely and was built to a high standard. However, our experience with the builder, Mr. Saint, was unfortunately quite difficult. While the quality of the construction itself is good, communication was a real issue – it was incredibly hard to get in touch with him, especially during the building process and after we moved in. We encountered problems with faulty smoke detectors and light switches within the first two months, and despite being promised a cleanup and caulking of the exterior, those tasks were never completed. Despite loving our home, we wouldn’t likely recommend them based on our experience. report abuse

  “We were so thrilled with our custom home build – it was a really unique design, and the team stepped up to the challenge with incredible enthusiasm. They kept us completely in the loop throughout the whole process, which meant no wasted time or stress. We’re truly grateful for their dedication and the wonderful family values they brought to the project.   Honestly, I was incredibly disappointed with Saint Builders. They used substandard, even illegal, plumbing supplies which clearly damaged my home and caused a huge amount of stress for me and the new buyers. To add to the frustration, they completely ignored my calls after the work was done. report abuse

  “The house itself is lovely, but unfortunately, we encountered a significant issue. The seller, Freddy, seemed unwilling to communicate with us, primarily because we weren’t the initial purchasers – it had only been less than a year since the original sale.” report abuse
