  “We’re incredibly frustrated with the delivery and setup of our new home. We purchased the house on March 23rd and it finally arrived on April 18th. However, we’re still waiting for it to be fully ready for us – it’s now May 13th – and we haven’t even received the correct keys yet, only getting them on May 5th. The movers seemed completely disorganized and, frankly, didn’t seem to know what they were doing – they damaged the fridge by ripping it off the wall, dented the door, and knocked the kitchen island over, causing damage to the wall itself.
