Since the windows were already installed in my home, I transferred the lifetime warranty, and thankfully, the home inspector identified a few windows with broken seals. The company responded quickly and sent someone out to replace the faulty sashes – they were incredibly courteous and professional throughout the whole process. They quickly identified a minor issue during the setup and, without pushing anything, they discussed the options with me and let me decide how to proceed. The whole job, including repairing two sills, installing the new boards, and all the trim work – even caulking the interior trim – took just about four and a half hours. David and Todd were both fantastic to work with, really courteous and helpful. Honestly, I've worked with a lot of installation crews over the years, and this team was by far the most hardworking and attentive. The windows themselves are fantastic – they open easily, the soundproofing is incredible, and I’m already seeing a noticeable difference in my energy bill.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster. They seem to only focus on the few positive reviews they receive, completely ignoring the serious issues raised by customers like myself. The delays were unacceptable – they initially told us it would take 10-16 weeks to get the materials, which is simply not realistic, even for a special order. Twenty weeks is far too long. Beyond the extended timeline, the communication was abysmal. They provided constant excuses and never followed through on promises, like a callback about the delay. The installers themselves seemed unprofessional and didn’t seem to understand the scope of the job – they incorrectly installed siding on the front of our house, despite us explicitly stating we didn’t want siding there. It’s clear they don't value their customers. There was no attempt to compensate us for the inconvenience, the wasted time, or the blatant disregard for our instructions. I have prior experience in the construction industry and I can confidently say this company operates with incredibly poor business practices. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to look elsewhere – it’s simply not worth the frustration and hassle. report abuse

  I’ve been incredibly happy with [Company Name]! I had them replace my windows eight years ago, and they were fantastic – they quickly and efficiently fixed a broken window just three years later. I recently got a quote for vinyl windows, and their team was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but they were also incredibly professional and took great care to clean up after themselves.
