  Tim was fantastic – he really went above and beyond to explain everything clearly. He not only shared his findings and the pictures he took, but he also took the time to walk me through what he was seeing and what it meant.   I was really impressed with Nick. He has a great understanding of what he’s doing and he explained everything so clearly – it finally made sense! He was incredibly patient with all my questions and never made me feel rushed. The inspection itself was really thorough, and he was completely upfront about the findings.
