  I’m writing to express serious concerns about the property boundaries at 5487 Brunswick Rd, Holton, MI. It appears there’s been a significant error in the original survey, resulting in a portion of the property being encroached upon by a neighboring property at West Shores. I’ve obtained a survey confirming this issue – the property is off by 30 feet on the front northwest corner and 165 feet on the back southeast corner. This situation is causing a conflict with the West Shores property owner. I contacted West Shores directly to report this and was told they would investigate, but I haven't received any updates. Furthermore, this surveying error is preventing us from utilizing adjacent national forest land. It seems like this company's land allocation process is flawed, and we need immediate action to properly define the property lines at 5487 Brunswick Rd, Holton, MI 49425. report abuse
