Here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on the feedback: “I’m providing this review following their request. I’ve been a customer of Cofessco for over six years, and unfortunately, my experience recently left me extremely disappointed. Last year, they conducted an inspection and failed to identify that several of our fire extinguishers were nearing their expiration dates – this information wasn’t included in their report. When we had our inspection this year, we failed, and I contacted Cofessco to understand why. Their response was baffling; they insisted there was no oversight or error on their part, claiming it wasn’t their responsibility to notify us about expiring extinguishers. It’s clear to me that my role was to manage our fire mitigation program, and Cofessco’s responsibility was simply to collect a service fee. I’ve since found a company that actually delivers on their promises, and I’m regrettably losing a loyal customer due to their failure to fulfill their obligations.”
