  “Andrew was fantastic—really professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and you could tell he’s truly skilled at his job. I’d absolutely hire him again. However, I wanted to offer some feedback on the pricing structure. While Andrew himself did excellent work, the fixed price of $579 to replace the saddle valve felt quite high, especially when we compared it to competitor quotes of $200-$250. The $99 fee, regardless of whether work was done, also seemed a bit excessive. It’s clear Andrew wasn’t involved in setting the pricing, but we think a more flexible, time-and-materials approach would be more competitive.” report abuse

  I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Lascko! They recently installed a new AC unit and furnace for me, and the whole process was fantastic. I really appreciated their combined pricing and the “no interest, same as cash” financing – it made a big difference. The installation was incredibly fast; they had everything up and running in just under a week. But what really stood out was the team – Tyler and EJ were fantastic! They were so professional, hardworking, and genuinely friendly. They were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make the transition seamless. They even took the trouble of moving my old units to my garage and handling a bunch of clutter around the condenser. When they realized the new furnace door wasn’t closing properly, they took it upon themselves to trim the door to fix it – it was amazing! Now my house is staying cool at a perfect 70 degrees thanks to the new WiFi thermostat they included, and I feel confident in the Goodman products. Lascko also gave me a great 10-year warranty, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. I’m definitely recommending them to everyone I know! report abuse

  “We’re so happy with our new furnace and AC unit – it’s fantastic to finally be able to use the AC now that the weather’s warming up! We noticed a slight issue after running it for a couple of days, but Matt and Caitlin were amazing. I initially just needed a central air assessment, but he also identified some plumbing issues I hadn’t even noticed and provided me with a ton of valuable information about them.   Overall, this was a really positive experience – the pricing was fair and they were upfront about the cost. The technician was professional and completed the job efficiently, finishing by 10:30 am after arriving just 20 minutes after 8 am, and thankfully left the area tidy. My only real frustration was the scheduling process; it felt quite complicated, requiring multiple phone calls between different teams to get everything set up. report abuse

  Tony did a fantastic job for us! He came out twice – once to diagnose the issue and then again to fix it. He was really thorough, explaining everything he was doing and even sending us pictures of his progress.
