Tim completely failed to deliver on his pool liner installation after receiving a $2,000 deposit. He didn't provide any services and refused to return the money. To avoid responsibility, he hired a lawyer to sue him, which we believe was a deceptive and ultimately scam-like tactic. His behavior was entirely unprofessional.

I’m incredibly frustrated with the lack of communication and the unacceptable delay in opening our pool. We’ve been waiting over three weeks, and despite multiple calls to the office, we’ve received no updates or clear explanations. After being assured it would be finished by Friday, we’re still waiting, and the office staff haven’t followed up as promised. It’s completely unacceptable to be left in the dark like this, and I’ve unfortunately had to explore other options.

Tim and his team were fantastic! They were really friendly and professional, and did a great job installing the new liner and winter cover. They even opened up the pool – a really helpful service. I’d definitely use them again.
