Overall, West Coast Floor did a fantastic job restoring our floors. Phil was incredibly helpful, providing a detailed and well-explained estimate with several color options to achieve the look we wanted. Jesus was truly a master at bringing those colors to life – the final result is absolutely beautiful. They were consistently punctual and stuck to the agreed-upon schedule, and I really appreciated how often Jesus and Phil checked in to ensure we were completely satisfied with the progress.

“I was incredibly disappointed with my experience with this contractor. Following the initial work, Jesus Martinez contacted me in a way that felt very intimidating and unprofessional – he actually cursed at me. He insisted the hob was finished, but he never even spoke with the homeowner about it. It was completely inappropriate behavior.”
-
“We recently had our floors replaced and we were incredibly happy with the work this team did. They were punctual, professional, and the results look fantastic – we highly recommend them!”
-
“The owners were fantastic – so helpful and patient, especially with all the decisions we were making about flooring while we’re remodeling a relative’s house.”
-
“Jesus and Casey did an absolutely fantastic job on my stairs – the quality of their work and the materials they used were top-notch!”
-
“Just a quick note – it’s great to see you’re open during the week, but it would be really helpful if you could update your hours to reflect that you’re not open on Saturdays or Sundays.”
-
“I absolutely loved them – I used them in my new condo and they look fantastic!”
