They kept the job site spotless, and we were always kept in the loop on every step of the process. The entire team was so friendly and welcoming, even inviting us to our housewarming! They completely exceeded my expectations – the new deck, the beautiful stone work, and especially the backyard kitchen with the built-in grill, it’s a dream come true.   “I had a really disappointing experience with Daniel’s work. While he was good about communicating regarding the bills, the quality of the work itself was far below what was expected, and it didn’t meet the standards I needed. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend him – the father has a good name in the area, but Daniel seems inexperienced. It’s really important to be cautious and read any contract carefully before signing, as I ended up being billed for work that wasn’t done, and then faced a threat of a mechanical lien.” report abuse

  “I’m really disappointed with the progress on this job. It’s now been four months, and the work is still not complete, and unfortunately, the quality isn’t where it needs to be. We’ve been given a lot of updates on tasks that haven’t actually been addressed. To make matters worse, the property isn't getting cleaned regularly, and we’ve had to call in electricians and other contractors to fix some mistakes they made – it's a shame things haven’t moved forward as planned.” report abuse
