I was extremely disappointed with the contractor’s performance on my property. The superintendent and project manager were consistently unprofessional – they didn’t communicate effectively with the building staff, frequently blamed the landlord for issues they created, and wouldn’t stand behind their work. It felt like the company was solely focused on profit, neglecting the needs of the client, and the result was a buildout that was frankly, unacceptable. I strongly advise against using them; their leadership seemed incompetent and their attitude was often arrogant. I encountered similar issues during a separate project in Washington, D.C., which further reinforced my concerns.

“I was really concerned about the driver’s behavior. They seemed incredibly impatient waiting for the bus with my son, and then they recklessly drove around a double yellow line – it felt unsafe and unprofessional. Honestly, that kind of disregard for traffic rules is really worrying, and makes me question their overall work ethic.”

“I was really shaken up when that truck drifted into my lane on the interstate. I have pictures as proof, and it was incredibly worrying because my child was in the car with me. The driver’s behavior was completely unacceptable – it was just poor driving.”
