  I was incredibly disappointed with The Dan Company’s handling of a last-minute cancellation just three hours before my appointment. Perry cancelled via email, but I only received the notification ten minutes before, which was completely disruptive. She explained the change was due to the owner deciding a different vendor was better suited, and she subsequently sent me contact information for two other options. Given that this was a $6-8,000 project – a significant part of our larger $500,000+ renovation – the sudden cancellation was incredibly inconvenient. While the owner did reach out afterward to explain the situation, his response felt arrogant and focused more on his own perspective than addressing my concerns. Ultimately, The Dan Company won’t be considered for our bigger renovation project. report abuse

  Dan did an absolutely fantastic job transforming my game room – he installed a Murphy door and shelves, and it was honestly better than I anticipated. He was incredibly professional, finished the work ahead of schedule, and really went the extra mile to ensure everything was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t recommend him enough! report abuse

  Dan did a fantastic job designing the space for us – it’s really beautiful. However, we unfortunately experienced some significant cost overruns, consistently exceeding the initial bids, and it was challenging to work with him throughout the project. Due to these issues, I wouldn’t recommend Dan Company. report abuse

  “I was so pleased with the work done on my front porch. The damage from vermin and the weather was quickly and expertly repaired, and the best part was how seamlessly they matched the existing structure – you couldn’t tell there had been any work done at all!
