He was incredibly responsive and stuck to his timeline perfectly, even though he’s clearly a very busy guy. We’ve since made a few changes to the property and needed an updated survey, and he had two surveyors out within days, getting us the final copy the very next day.   “I was really impressed with Cherry Land Surveying – they handled my survey even during a busy time, and Mike and his team went above and beyond to explain everything to me, step-by-step. They clearly walked me through the reasoning behind the stakes and markings on the map, and when a neighbor raised a concern, they came back to confirm the information and patiently showed me why it was accurate. I was able to use that to explain the situation to my neighbor, and even compare his own survey to theirs. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The only slight drawback was that they were incredibly busy, and it took a little while to get in touch with them, but once I was scheduled, they were very efficient.” report abuse
