I was incredibly frustrated with my experience. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance, but ended up waiting for over two hours on the day itself. I tried repeatedly to get an update on when the technician was arriving, but no one ever returned my calls. It was incredibly disorganized and unprofessional, and I wasted a lot of time changing my plans because they never showed up. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
