  Overall, I’ve been really pleased with the Pella windows and doors I’ve installed in my home – particularly the ones upstairs. They look fantastic and I appreciate how they’ve really boosted the curb appeal. I originally bought them three years ago, initially attracted by the blinds between the glass, which was great for my cats. However, my recent experience with replacing the cellar windows was incredibly frustrating. After initially planning to complete the work last year, the price doubled when a new salesman quoted me, and they no longer offered the blinds I’d previously purchased. To get the color I wanted to match the rest of the windows, I had to compromise and go without the blinds. It was a real letdown, especially after investing over $20,000 in Pella products. I want to give a huge shout-out to Brendan at the Natick office – he was fantastic to work with, always responsive and helpful. He did everything he could to resolve the pricing issue, and I appreciate his dedication. Despite the issues with the cellar windows, I’m happy with the final result upstairs, and I would definitely recommend Pella – just be aware of potential changes in pricing and options. report abuse

  Kevin was fantastic to work with. I’ve now done two remodels with Pella, and his expertise really made a difference.   “I had a couple of cracked windows and was really pleased with the service I received. Josh was incredibly helpful – he quickly investigated and confirmed the windows were still covered under warranty. He took care of everything from ordering the replacements to scheduling the installation. The two technicians who came to do the work were fantastic – they were punctual, very polite, and did a truly professional job.
