  Amazing Gardens and Construction truly exceeded our expectations. They built a beautiful fence around a few acres using cedar and black chain link, and they did it in just four days! It wasn’t just a fence; the finished product is stunning and really complements the landscape. The crew was incredibly hardworking, kept the site spotless, and was always polite.   I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. Several years ago, they installed a new fence and assured me of its quality, but the gate has since warped. When I requested a replacement last week, the representative, Bill, stated there was no warranty, despite their initial guarantee. I pointed out that several sections needed replacing, but he wasn't receptive. Ultimately, I felt completely dismissed and ended the conversation, deciding to use another company going forward – a truly poor customer experience. report abuse

  Overall, our experience with Adding an Edit was disappointing. While the patio and fire pit themselves look fantastic and were completed quickly with pleasant workers, several key issues arose that significantly impacted the project. Initially, the patio lights were a major problem – they stopped working after just a week and were repeatedly replaced with the same exposed wiring, never properly protected. It felt like they weren't taking our concerns seriously. Beyond the lights, there were several deviations from our agreed-upon plan. They tried to substitute smaller flowers for the rose bushes we’d specified, citing seasonal availability, and then refused to adjust the cost. They also used dirt from the previous homeowner’s garden instead of purchasing fresh soil, leading to extra weeding. Adding an Edit insisted on negotiating a refund for these changes rather than honoring the original agreement. Furthermore, they didn’t remove a charge for having the trees not cut down, demanding we determine a fair price ourselves. Finally, their understanding of landscaping – particularly regarding weed removal – seemed limited, with many weeds reappearing this summer. It felt like we had to constantly advocate for ourselves throughout the entire process. report abuse

  Amazing Garden did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our outdoor spaces. They completely redesigned our front and backyards, which involved a significant overhaul – they even tackled our sloped yard with a beautiful stone patio and retaining wall. We got a new stone patio with a firepit, another with a retaining wall, a new front retaining wall, and everything was done with high-quality new soil, sod, and plantings. They also installed a brand new sprinkler system and stepping stones. Throughout the entire project, our project manager was incredibly responsive and always available to answer our questions and ensure we were happy. The workmanship was truly exceptional, and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure the landscaping was perfect. The project took about four weeks and cost around $55,000 – well worth it! We’d wholeheartedly recommend Amazing Garden and definitely use them again. Our neighbors are completely blown away with the stunning new yard. report abuse
