  Overall, we’re incredibly pleased with the work The Narrow Lane did transforming our front yard. They completely revamped the landscaping, bluestone, and lighting, and we absolutely love it now. While there were a few hiccups to sort out over the course of the project, The Narrow Lane consistently stepped up and addressed every concern with professionalism and dedication – they truly stuck to their promises.   Ron and Narrow Lane were fantastic – I couldn’t be happier with their service. I was so pleased to get a referral from a tree company I’ve long trusted, and Ron completely delivered. From the very beginning, everyone was incredibly courteous, responsive, and professional, and Ron clearly knew his stuff. He immediately grasped what I needed – a screening bed – and created a brilliant design with the perfect plants. They completed the work on time and within budget.   I hired The Narrow Lane based on a friend’s recommendation, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He’s incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, and he’s clearly focused on making sure his customers are completely satisfied.   Narrow Lane truly exceeded our expectations. We undertook a massive backyard renovation – everything from removing an old retaining wall and huge tree stumps to leveling the space, building two patios and a really unique fence, and completely overhauling the landscaping. We seriously researched a lot of companies, including some big names, but ultimately chose Narrow Lane because of Jeremy’s incredible vision for the space and their ability to handle every aspect of the project themselves. They were fantastic at working with us to stay within our budget, and honestly, their commitment to a smooth and positive customer experience was outstanding – they really delivered on that promise every step of the way. We also faced a tricky boundary dispute with a neighbor, and Jeremy and the team tackled it with professionalism and a good sense of humor. They helped us explore our options and build in safeguards, and Jeremy was constantly on-site, ensuring seamless communication with the whole team. Everyone was so thoughtful, courteous, and skilled, and you could tell they were genuinely proud of the work they were doing. Jeremy was a fantastic project manager – incredibly patient and always willing to share his expertise. He was invaluable in helping us make decisions, often pointing out where we could save money or how to maximize the visual impact of the design.   “I was really disappointed with this service. They cleaned my neighbor’s yard and unfortunately blew a huge amount of leaves into my yard and onto the sidewalks. Worse, they left without tidying up the mess and I have video evidence of it. I’ve updated my rating to four stars because they did a great job of cleaning up once they realized the extent of the problem.” report abuse

  Jeremy and Narrow Lane did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our backyard! They created a really lovely fire pit area with the hardscape, and then added the sod and new plantings – it’s just gorgeous. We’re especially loving it now that it’s all looking so well cared for, even with this rainy fall weather. The little lamps around the edges really make it feel special too.   We absolutely love our new home and the beautiful backyard Ron Goode and his team created for us. We initially contacted Narrow Lane back in August 2021 with a vision for a fantastic space for our kids, and Ron really delivered. His landscape design was exactly what we’d hoped for – we now have a huge area for them to play, a fantastic in-ground trampoline, and gorgeous pine trees strategically placed around the yard. Ron handled everything from start to finish, including removing old trees, leveling the ground, installing trench drains, new irrigation, a fence, and even lighting. He and his team were incredibly professional and always there to answer any questions we had.
