“I’m incredibly disappointed with the work Andre and his team did on my patio. Despite several missed appointments, they did eventually complete the concrete pouring and stamping, but the finished product is seriously lacking. The concrete isn’t level at all, and we’ve had issues with water pooling on it after rain. They even added ‘steps’ without consulting our original design, which wasn't what we wanted. After waiting three months for a resolution, we haven’t heard anything from the company. To make matters worse, their equipment damaged my driveway, leaving holes in the pavement. Honestly, it’s been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a contractor – completely unprofessional and unreliable.”

I tried calling several times, leaving multiple voicemails, and even spoke to someone twice, but I never received any updates or a final decision. Honestly, I was so frustrated that I wasn’t contacted back – it seemed like they’d given up on me. If that’s the standard of service they provide, I worry about how they treat their existing customers.”
