  Honestly, we couldn't be happier with Ware Design Build. From start to finish, the whole team made building our dream home an incredible experience. Jorge was fantastic – he really listened to what we wanted and created a design that was absolutely perfect for us. The renderings he provided were stunning, and he explained everything so clearly. Larry was our project manager, and he was just amazing! He worked tirelessly to stay within our budget and was always there to support us. And Jorie, our interior designer, was a true gem. She just *got* me, and her creativity completely transformed our house into a beautiful home. Finally, Dave, our superintendent, was the best – so hardworking and communicative, he kept everything running smoothly until the very end. We really feel like Ware Design Build treated us like family, and we’d absolutely choose them again without hesitation. report abuse

  Ware Design Build did an absolutely fantastic job building our home. From start to finish, Dan Eckerman and his team were incredible. They really took the time to understand our vision and guide us through every step of the process, holding numerous 1:1 meetings to ensure we were comfortable and informed. It was especially reassuring knowing Dan was always just a phone call or email away – he truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Of course, building during the pandemic presented some unique challenges, but Ware Design Build navigated those delays and supply chain issues with professionalism and determination. The finished product is stunning – a beautifully constructed home with incredibly high-quality finishes. We especially love the expansive kitchen, which is perfect for entertaining, and our 3-season room is a real gem with its heating element! Ultimately, thanks to Ware Design Build, we now have a truly comfortable, functional, and beautiful house – we couldn't be happier. report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with Ware Design. They recently completed the build-out of our condominium and the quality of the finishes was fantastic. They brought some really great design ideas to the project and were also incredibly resourceful in tackling any issues that came up. Communication was excellent – they were always responsive to our needs. It’s worth noting that a few small details were missed, which is understandable given the current construction labor shortages, but we stayed actively involved throughout the process.   Working with the Ware team was absolutely fantastic. They really understood the special nature of our home – blending a comfortable, residential feel with a modern steel construction – which presented a unique challenge for many builders. Ware, however, nailed it! Their clever approach of combining a residential and commercial building expertise was exactly what we needed. They brought the perfect balance, adding that residential warmth to our commercial space. Throughout the entire process, we were incredibly impressed with their attention to detail and the genuinely personal touch, especially from the project manager and even the CEO.
