  “We were really pleased with D&K Builders. We experienced some basement flooding and their water extraction team recommended them, and we weren’t disappointed. They were incredibly easy to work with, completed the job quickly and exactly as promised. What really stood out was that the price was fixed and didn’t increase at all, even when they had to do some extra work.   “We were absolutely thrilled with the work Jayson and his team from D & K did on our sunroom. They completely transformed the space, not just installing the new windows, but also rebuilding the angled wall and redesigning the roof to fit seamlessly. Jayson was fantastic – he really listened to our needs, recommended the perfect window style, and then skillfully integrated everything. The quality of their workmanship and their attention to detail were outstanding, resulting in a beautiful, updated room. They completely renovated my older condo, replacing and adding custom windows, and handled the usual unexpected issues with incredible skill and professionalism. Jayson’s experience really shone through, keeping costs and change orders to a minimum. The final result far exceeded my expectations. What really stood out was how responsive and communicative they were, even when things got tricky with sourcing materials.   I can’t recommend D & K enough! Jayson and his team – Paul, Anthony, Ben, Brock, and Mark – have done a fantastic job on numerous projects for us over the years. We’ve had them tackle everything from building a deck and replacing leaky skylights to fixing a water leak in our chimney and even completely remodeling our basement and bathrooms. Most recently, they replaced our floors with beautiful hardwood and updated our front door. Jayson is always the first person I call when I need something done, and I’ve been consistently impressed with the quality of their work and the fair prices. I was especially grateful when Jayson took the time to come out after hours to help me connect a new refrigerator – the delivery company wouldn’t even do it!   Jayson from D&K Builders was fantastic to work with. He responded to our request for a ramp installation really quickly, did a thorough assessment of our property, and presented us with a clear plan. When our plans changed and we decided to cancel the project, he was incredibly understanding and, to our surprise and relief, sent us back the check we’d given as a deposit – no charge whatsoever. I couldn’t assess the quality of the ramp itself, but his professionalism, communication, and genuine kindness definitely made D&K Builders a company I’d happily use again for any future building needs. report abuse

  I couldn’t be happier with the work D&K Remodeling did for me. They recently repaired my roof and, impressively, they also identified and fixed a water leak in a pipe that a plumber had missed!   “I was so frustrated with a recent remodel done by Val Mac Carpentry – we had a leak develop just seven months after completion, and it took far too long to get anyone to respond. Thankfully, Jayson Zokan from D&K Builder & Remodeling stepped in. He thoroughly assessed the situation in our shower and quickly provided a really effective, temporary solution by caulking the entire area.
