  Chris and his team at Area Rental were absolutely fantastic! They really stepped up for us when we needed to rent equipment for our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding, especially since we only had less than two weeks’ notice. Chris himself even went to the venue to make sure everything was perfect, which was a huge relief. report abuse

  “Overall, my experience was really disappointing. The service itself was fine, but the ladder we received was completely unusable. It was incredibly crooked and unsafe, making it impossible to use properly. I was really concerned by the quality of the equipment and felt it was unprofessional to have such a damaged ladder sent out.” report abuse

  “I was trying to get some LP tanks filled, and it was a really frustrating experience. I arrived about 20 minutes before they closed, and unfortunately, they just left me waiting outside for another 20 minutes. I rang the bell a couple of times, but no one seemed to notice me. I could see employees working in the background, but they didn’t acknowledge my presence.” report abuse
