  “I was happy with the quote itself, but I’m really disappointed with the scheduling process. They require full payment upfront, even though the service won’t be completed for two weeks. It feels a little excessive to have to pay in full before the work is even done, and I’m honestly quite uncomfortable with that arrangement.” report abuse
