  “My wife and I were really excited to start planning for our retirement, and we’ve been hoping to build a more permanent home on our property in North Central Pennsylvania – we already have a small cabin there. We’ve always wanted a true log home, and after looking into it, we realized how complex and expensive a full project would be. Turns out, the base kit cost is just a fraction of the total price. We reached out to Cozy Cabins, and Dave Seibel was fantastic. He really listened to our vision and created a great plan for expanding our existing cabin. He put together a timely quote, and after careful consideration, we decided to go with Cozy Cabins. We were particularly impressed with Dave’s recommendation for a local contractor, and we’re now eagerly awaiting the delivery of our 2022 kit.   I couldn’t be happier with Cozy Cabins. Dave Seibel, the owner, clearly runs a business built on integrity, and it really shows. We recently purchased a chalet from them, and the quality of the work – especially the incredible attention to detail – was truly outstanding.   I was so pleased with my experience building my cabin with Cozy Cabins. They were fantastic – incredibly patient and welcoming throughout the entire process, from the initial planning stages to the final build. Everyone was so helpful, and I’ve gotten lots of positive feedback from friends and family about the quality, which is fantastic for a modular home.   We really love our little cabin – we bought it back in 2008 and it’s still such a cozy retreat! We’re wondering if it would be possible to expand it a bit and create more living space. Because it’s about a three-hour drive from our home, we’re planning a trip to your headquarters in Lancaster to explore what options might be available. report abuse

  We were dreaming of building a beautiful log home on our property, but quickly realized a project like that would be a huge investment. Thankfully, we found Cozy Cabin and were instantly drawn to the Mountaineer Deluxe model – we loved the knotty pine interior and all the features we wanted. Through Cozy Cabin, we connected with Tri-County Homes in Shippenville, and after seeing their Frontier model, we knew we’d found the right team. Dean at Cozy Cabin really went above and beyond, spending almost two hours with us to walk through the Mountaineer Deluxe and answer all our questions. We were incredibly impressed! We then finalized everything with Brad at Tri-County Homes and ordered our dream home. We even got to see our home as it was being built, with Dean again dedicating two hours to show us the progress. The construction was so smooth – within a day, our home was set on its foundation and covered. Tri-County Homes’ subcontractors did an outstanding job with the finishing touches, and everyone was professional and friendly. We moved into our new home on December 6, 2018, and we're still amazed by the quality and the fantastic home Cozy Cabin and Tri-County Homes created for us.
