  I had a really strange and frustrating experience trying to get in touch with this company. I called to inquire about hiring them, but they immediately hung up on me – it felt incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. I followed up by calling again to ask about larger projects like outdoor rooms, but they hung up on me again. To top it off, after I posted my honest review, the owner called me, becoming extremely angry and even threatening a lawsuit if I didn't take it down. Honestly, I was expecting a much more courteous and professional interaction, and the entire situation was shockingly hostile. report abuse
