“I was really impressed with the service! They handled my rental property’s needs with such ease – the scheduling was fantastic, they were incredibly flexible with their timing, and the communication was top-notch. Plus, the rate was very reasonable.”

“I’m incredibly disappointed with the level of service I received. I initially got a quote about a year ago, but despite several follow-up calls to schedule spray foam, I never heard back. I tried again a few months later, but my calls went unanswered, and my voicemail was completely full. Then, just a couple of weeks ago, Wade randomly contacted me – which was a surprise – and we managed to schedule an appointment for today, October 12th. However, I’ve reached out twice this week to confirm the time, and I haven’t received any response. Worse yet, they didn’t show up for our appointment today, and didn’t even bother to call. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism.”

“Overall, our initial interaction with ThermoSeal was promising – the staff member we spoke with was friendly and confident they could help us address the insulation damage caused by the recent storm. However, we’ve been incredibly disappointed with the lack of follow-up. We haven’t received a single call or quote in the past three weeks, and with temperatures dropping, we’re currently without insulation in a significant part of our attic. We really hoped for a better experience and a quick resolution, and a 3-star rating would have been more appropriate given the start we had.”
