“Unfortunately, we had a really difficult experience with this company. Despite several years of follow-up, they never fully resolved the issues with our roof. Worse, they repeatedly denied repairs while the roof was still under warranty, and then refused to reimburse us when we were forced to hire another contractor to address the leaks they wouldn’t fix. We ultimately felt completely let down and couldn’t rely on them at all.”

I can’t recommend Paramount Construction. My experience with them was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable. The apartment complex board made a terrible choice hiring them to do renovations, and it’s clear they were completely mismanaged. Instead of focusing on the most needed repairs, they erected massive, unnecessary scaffolding that took weeks to build and then spent weeks working on areas that required almost no attention. Progress was incredibly slow, and it felt like they were just trying to milk the project for as long as possible. Throughout the entire process, they were disrespectful of tenants’ privacy and seemed to have no regard for quality of life. Communication was practically nonexistent – we’d hear shouting between them, and they didn't seem to value any kind of respectful interaction. Honestly, if my family did work at that pace and with that lack of professionalism, we wouldn’t expect to be paid. I strongly advise you to explore other contracting companies in New Orleans; you’ll find much better service and a team that actually respects its clients.

“Albert and his team did a fantastic job renovating our rental property. They were incredibly efficient and professional, and they really took care to minimize any disruption to our tenants – which was hugely appreciated.”

I’m writing to express how incredibly disappointed I was with the service I received. Frankly, the quality of the work – particularly the insulation – was far below what I expected, and it was a really unsatisfactory experience. It seemed like there was a significant lack of skill involved, and I was willing to pay extra to get things right, which I felt showed a lot of patience on my part. However, when I raised these concerns, the response I got from Albert, the owner, was just completely unacceptable. His excuses felt like he was avoiding taking any responsibility, and his behavior was shockingly unprofessional and damaging to the company’s reputation. What’s even more concerning is that the company doesn't seem to be interested in actually learning from this mistake. Instead of taking ownership and working to improve, they’ve just offered empty promises. Because of everything I’ve experienced, I can’t recommend this company. I truly believe there are many better, more reliable businesses out there, and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I did.

“I can confidently say Paramount Waterproofing Solutions consistently provided excellent service. They worked on several significant projects for us at Cotton Mill and Property One over the years, including tuck-pointing, roof repairs, and even painting the water tower. What really impressed me was their expertise navigating the historic building requirements – they consistently secured PRC/HDLC approvals seamlessly. The owner was always present and ensured his team strictly adhered to the condominium association’s rules. Honestly, Paramount is one of the best waterproofing companies I’ve had the pleasure of working with in New Orleans.”
