  “I was really disappointed with my experience working with Agency. From start to finish, I found their communication to be shockingly unprofessional. Adres and his team seemed completely uninterested in responding to my inquiries, with a 14-day delay for any replies – and often, no response at all. The receptionist never connected me with anyone in the office, and they weren’t open to meeting in person. As a builder, clear communication is absolutely vital, and Agency completely lacked that. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them due to their lack of accountability and a generally disrespectful approach. It’s a shame how they conduct their business.” report abuse
