  “Working with Agencie on the townhouse renovation was an absolute pleasure. They tackled a really complex project – a full gut renovation of a landmark building with a significant rear yard expansion – and did it flawlessly, even during the challenges of the pandemic.   “I’m really disappointed with my experience working with Agency. Frankly, Adres and his firm lacked professionalism and respect throughout the entire process. As a builder, clear communication is absolutely vital, and we experienced a concerning lack of responsiveness – often a 14-day delay in receiving any updates via email or phone. The receptionist never seemed to connect us with anyone in the office, and they weren't open to meeting with us in person. Due to this, I wouldn’t recommend using Agency Architecture. It’s a shame to see a firm operate in such a distant and unresponsive way.” report abuse
