  We’ve been incredibly frustrated with the service we’ve received. The Rand Architect team has consistently missed deadlines – we waited nearly three weeks for a floor plan review, and the process has dragged on far longer than anticipated. We initially met with an architect to review our plans, and were told the report would be ready the following week, but it repeatedly delayed. It’s unacceptable for a professional firm to miss deadlines like this. To be clear, we just needed a review, not a new design, and our own architect completed the entire plan in just one week! The significant delay has seriously disrupted our renovation schedule, and frankly, it’s a complete waste of time and money. We’re still waiting on the final report and invoice, and we strongly advise against using this firm if you value your time and budget. report abuse
