  “Overall, I had a really positive experience working with PELSA. I commissioned a boundary survey in May 2024 when I bought my house, and they did a good job getting the survey completed. They installed metal corner stakes and flags in July, but unfortunately, the flags disappeared after my lawn was maintained. I was only able to find three of the stakes. I contacted PELSA about this, and I was really impressed with their responsiveness – they were incredibly professional and addressed my concerns quickly, sending out field engineers who located the remaining stakes in just a few minutes.   Overall, I’d rate this experience as just okay – three stars. I contacted them twice, and while the person who answered the phone was polite and took down my details, I never received a follow-up call as promised. It’s been six weeks since my initial contact, and frankly, it feels like they completely dropped the ball. A simple call to say they couldn’t assist would have been appreciated, rather than no communication at all. report abuse

  Mike Paraskewick was fantastic to work with on this commercial property project.   “I’m incredibly frustrated with this company. I’ve been trying to get a quote from them for nearly a month, and every single time they couldn’t locate our initial paperwork. Today, I was told a man would call me back after someone had mentioned a woman would be in touch, and I received no response when I explained the change. Then, I got a quote that ranged from $1,200 to $3,600 – which felt completely over-priced – because they claimed it took so long to research our information. It felt like they were just making excuses after admitting they couldn’t find our records in the first place. Honestly, it felt like they were trying to cover up a lack of organization. It would have been much better if they were upfront and honest about not being able to proceed.” report abuse
