Overall, Arise Solar provided a fantastic value – their installation and panel costs were significantly lower than other companies we researched, and they expertly handled all the paperwork and connections with Delmarva. However, we did encounter a couple of things that could be improved. Firstly, we were initially quoted a different type of solar panel than what was actually installed, though they rectified the situation with a refund. It would have been helpful to receive clear communication about this change upfront. Secondly, the installation took a couple of evenings, and we felt a more structured timeframe with planned breaks would have been beneficial. Despite these issues, we’d still absolutely recommend Arise Solar – they offered a truly competitive price.
