  “I called Brian’s for an estimate on a roof leak back on July 14th. He came to the house and just gave me his card, saying he’d get back to me soon. It’s now August 18th and I haven't heard anything. Unfortunately, I had to find a different company to fix the problem. I wouldn’t recommend them.” report abuse

  I was really disappointed with my experience contacting Brian Ladd’s roofing business. My dad, a veteran, reached out after seeing an ad and Brian immediately advised him to get quotes from other contractors before he’d even consider scheduling an estimate. Honestly, it felt quite rude and unprofessional, especially given my dad’s willingness to hire. We need a new roof and I’m left feeling like this was a bad business interaction. report abuse
