They even had to make some adjustments on the spot, which turned out brilliantly. Plus, they discovered and quickly repaired a gas leak in our basement while connecting a gas fireplace.   “We’ve been so pleased with Lake Shore Heating and Cooling! We had them install our air conditioning a few years back, and we really appreciated their advice to reach out if we ever needed assistance. That’s exactly what happened last January 19th – we were hit with a sudden cold snap and our furnace completely failed. Luckily, our system alerted us just in time. My son was there first thing in the morning, and we knew we needed parts urgently. We were so thankful that Phil was able to come out so quickly, even at 7 am. It turned out to be a simple fix – just a dirty ignitor – and it’s fantastic to know they could resolve it so efficiently.
