I hired this company a year in advance for a new construction project, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing and stressful. Despite numerous conversations and assurances that they would be there on the agreed-upon start date, they simply didn’t show up. They then became completely unresponsive – no phone calls returned, no texts answered, no emails received. This completely derailed our project and forced us to find a new contractor at the last minute. Honestly, their lack of professionalism and communication was appalling. I’ve never written a negative review before, but I felt compelled to warn others about this experience.
