  “Overall, working with Morse was frustrating and lacked professionalism. We provided them with very thorough architectural plans and spent a significant amount of time discussing the specifics of the project. Despite our requests, they refused to sign a formal contract, stating that’s simply how they operated. This created a serious lack of accountability. Furthermore, they unnecessarily used a concrete pumper truck for the job, and we were unexpectedly billed for it despite our earlier assurances. We paid the additional $2,000 without much pushback, but the entire situation felt incredibly unreliable. Finally, after the job was completed, they attempted to bill us an additional $2,000 and threatened to put a lien on our property – a completely unacceptable tactic. Moving forward, we strongly advise anyone working with them to meticulously document everything in writing.” report abuse
