“We were so pleased with the work Andrews did on our pool back in 2014. They were highly recommended, and it was clear from the start that they were a fantastic company with a great team. There were absolutely no issues – the work was 100% solid, and they even finished ahead of schedule! We couldn’t be happier with the final result and want to thank everyone involved, including the subcontractors, for their excellent service.”

“I had Andrews do my pool back in 2004, and it’s amazing to see it’s still going strong – I’m finally tackling a renovation now with new tile and plaster. It’s pretty typical for a pool to last 10-15 years, so mine really exceeded expectations. Everyone who’s looked at it has been incredibly impressed with how well it’s held up and how expertly it was originally built. I’m really pleased there aren’t any structural problems with the pool, the plumbing, or the deck. I can’t vouch for their current standards, but they were definitely a reliable and skilled team back in 2004.”

“We had an inground pool installed at our Tewksbury home back in 2002, and while the pool itself was satisfactory, we unfortunately experienced some significant issues. The grading around the pool wasn’t properly addressed, and rainwater consistently flowed into the pool whenever it rained. Looking back, we feel they should have considered drainage during the design and installation process and offered recommendations to prevent this. The project manager was rarely available and only appeared to collect payments at various stages. Ultimately, we were left to handle the problem of the water runoff on our own. Given the considerable investment we made (over $50,000), we expected a more thorough and professional approach, including a complete consideration of the surrounding landscape and proper drainage solutions.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Pools by Andrews. They used rebound concrete when building my pool, and it’s now caused a major problem – significant plaster delamination – which will ultimately lead to very costly repairs. To make matters worse, they offered absolutely no support once the issue arose. Their sales representative, Lawn Kiley, dismissed the problem as an “anomaly” and simply passed the information on to the owner without offering any solutions. I received a shockingly high repair estimate of over $20,000, with no clear explanation of what work would actually be done. This was $6,000 more than other quotes I got from other companies. The whole process was incredibly frustrating – a lot of unanswered phone calls just to get someone to acknowledge the problem. It felt completely unprofessional and demonstrated a lack of quality workmanship and customer service.

Honestly, we’re incredibly frustrated. We hired this company to build our pool in Florida, and now it’s falling apart. During a recent refurbishment, we discovered they built the pool floor and walls just 3-4 inches thick – way below the recommended 6-8 inches – and it was built on a sandy foundation. It’s a disaster, and we’re now facing a huge, expensive repair. Needless to say, we’re extremely disappointed with the quality of their work.
-
Honestly, this was a really disappointing experience. From the very beginning, we ran into a constant stream of issues, and it became clear that the sales and administrative team really struggled. Customer experience just wasn’t a priority for them. While the people actually doing the work were fantastic, the overall coordination and support we received was lacking. I can’t recommend them – you’d be much better off looking for a different company for your pool build.”
-
“I wasn’t able to personally experience their rehab services, but I was really concerned about their pricing. It seemed incredibly inflated – they were trying to charge far more than anyone else for the same work, almost double in some cases. It felt like they were taking advantage of people and hoping they wouldn’t realize the true cost.”
-
“Overall, my experience with Pools by Andrew was quite disappointing. It felt like they weren’t prioritizing customer satisfaction and seemed to forget that their business relies on having patrons. It’s clear they need to focus on building a stronger connection with their customers and understand that their service is a valuable hobby for those who use it.”

It takes them a little while to complete the job, but the quality of their work is really excellent.

This needs significant improvement.
